IL select tube layer
Using your selection tool select around top of tube
Promote Selection To Layer *KEEP SELECTED*
IL on original tube layer hit DELETE button
Select None
IL arrange promoted selection above the ribbon layer
IL be sure promoted selection layer is selected
Open the following elements, Copy/Paste, resize, position and add dropshadow as desired:

Bauble
Cocoa
Cupcake
Candy03
HangingBaubles
Candles

Merge Visible
Resize 600x520 All layers checked
Add Copyright and Lic #
Merge Visible
Add Name desired
Save as .png
