Open tube and minimize
Open template
IL delete Credits and Wordart
Position PLEASE wordart down slight near the bottom of your canvas
IL select SquareLeft layer
Select All - Float - Defloat
Open Paper14
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Invert selection - Delete - Select None
Delete original template layer
IL select squareRight
Select All - Float - Defloat
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Select None
Delete original template layer
IL select PinkCircleLeft
Select All - Float - Defloat
Open Paper12
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Select None
Delete original template layer
IL select PinkCircleRight
Select All - Float - Defloat
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Select None
Delete original template layer
IL select BigPinkCircle
Select All - Float - Defloat
Open Paper13
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer

Copy - Minimize
Paste As New Layer
Resize 70%
position so bottom of tube is even with bottom of square
Add dropshadow
IL select Raster 8 again
Open the following elements, resize and place as desired..don't forget dropshadows!

El01 - 40% (duplicate if desired)
El12 - 40%
El17 - 40%
El25 - 60%

IL select Raster 7
Open Ele18
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Open El36
Resize 25%
Duplicate 3 or 4 times and arrange each around the canvas as desired
Merge flower layers together
Add dropshadow
Open Ele07
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Add dropshadow
IL select Background layer (it's closed off - Leave closed)
Open El35
copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
postion top left corner
Duplicate
Position bottom right corner
Delete Background layer
IL select PLEASE Wordart layer
Select All - Float - defloat
Expand selection 3
New Raster Layer
Floodfill White
Add Noise (Gaussian, Monochrome, 87% Noise)
Select None
Arrange glitter layer below black wordart
Add dropshadow
Merge Visible
Resize 600x514 all layers checked
Add Copyright and Lic#
Merge Visible
Add name
Save as .png
