IL = In Layers

Dropshadow V= 0 / H= 0 / Opacity 75 / Blur 5.00 / Color Black


Open tube and minimize
New 600x600 transparent
Open Frame 4
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Open Frame
Resize 80%
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Click in center of frame with magic wand
Expand selection 2
Open Paper1
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Invert selection - Delete - Select None
arrange paper layer below frame layer
IL choose frame layer again
Restore tube
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Resize 80%
Add dropshadow
IL select frame layer
Using magic wand click in center of frame
Invert selection
IL select tube layer
Erase bottom of tube
Select none
Open Ribbon4
Resize 80%
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Position bottom of frame
Add dropshadow
Open glitter flower
Reszie 30%
Copy - Close
Paste as a new layer
postion on frame
Duplicate a few times and arrange around the frame
Merge all flower layers together
Add dropshadow
arrange flower layer below tube layer
Open DragonFly
Resize 40%
Copy - Close
Paste as new layer
Position as desired
Duplicate - Mirror - Flip
Postion as desired
Add dropshadow to both dragonflies
IL select Raster two (Glitter frame)
Open Butterfly3
Copy -Close
Paste As New layer
Postion top right corner
Duplicate - Mirror
Merge down
Duplicate - Flip
Merge down
Add dropshadow
IL select bow layer
Add Copyright and lic#
Add name desired
Save as .png
