Open tube and minimize
New Canvas 600x600 Transparent
Open Ele21
Resize 75
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Using magic wand click in center of frame
Expand Selection 2
Open Paper 2
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Select None
Arrange paper layer below frame layer
IL select Raster 1
Select All
Open Paper 7
Copy - Close
Paste Into Selection
Select None
Apply mask
Merge Group
Restore tube
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Resize 45%
Add dropshadow
Erase tube extending past inside of bottom of frame
IL select Frame Layer
Open, resize, copy/paste arrange on canvas and add shadow to the followning elements:

65 - 60%
23
24 - 30%
44 - 30%
46 - 25%
8 - 25%
16 - 15%

Add Copyright and Lic #
Merge Visible
Add name desired
Save as .png
