Open tube and minimize
Open template
SHIFT + D
Close orginal template
ILP select R11
Select All - Float - Defloat
Open paper 11
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Select None
Delete original template layer
ILP select R9
Select All - Float - Defloat
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Select None
Delete original template layer
ILP select R6
Select All - Float - Defloat
Open Paper 10
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Select None
Delete original template layer

Open chosen elements, copy and paste..arranging them as desired
Add dropshadows to the elements
Merge Visible
Resize 600x508 all layers checked
Resize 90% all layers unchecked
Add copyright and lic #
Add name desired
Save as .png
