Resize 80%
Position as desired
Add dropshadow
ILP select dotted line layer
Use elements of choice and give each a dropshadow
ILP select Background layer
Open 82
Resize 80%x3
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Postion in one of the corners
Duplicate and move to another corner
Duplicate and move to the third corner
Duplicate and move to the final corner
ILP select Raster 15 and close eye
Merge visible
Add Copyright and Lic #
Merge down
ILP select Raster 15 (tube)
Open eye on layer
ILP select merged layer
Add name desired and place under hand and bottom of tube
Add dropshadow if desired
Merge Visible
Resize 600X478 All layers checked
Resize 90% all layers unchecked
Save as .png
