Select All

Copy - Close
Paste Into Selection
Select None
Apply mask
Merge Group
ILP select Yellow Rectangle top
Select All - Float - Defloat
Open Paper3
Copy - Close
Paste As New Layer
Invert Selection - Delete - Invert Selection
Expand Selection 4
New Raster Layer
Flood Fill #a71615 or color from tube
Add Noise (Gaussian / Monochrome / 87% Noise)

Arrange noise layer below paper layer
Delete original template layer
