Delete © layer
Resize 600x413 all layers checked

Copy - Close
Select All - Float - Defloat
Paste As New Layer
Invert selection - Delete - Select none
Delete original template layer
IL select rectangle
Select All - Float - Defloat
New Raster Layer
Flood fill #b8d4d1
Apply Xero - Fritillary (7, 30, 100, 75)
Restore tube
Copy - Minimize
Paste as new layer
Position tube in selection as desired
Invert selection - delete - Invert Selection
Expand selection 4

Duplicate - Mirror
Position layer so it lines up with template layer
